Nicki: I have the idea for a new animal welfare law!
         From now on, only animals are allowed to wear fur!

         Oh! The Marsupilami has grown quite a lot!
N: No, that’s his winter coat…

N: Every year, I know in advance if the winter’s gonna be grim… it’ll get bitterly cold, when the Marsupilami’s hairs start growing in autumn.
Better than the weather forecast!

Mr. S: I see! Even though it’s originally from the rain forest, this amazing animal has acclimatised wonderfully to life in these latitudes…

Mr. S: Sadly not all animals are this sheltered… Think about the poor birds, that stay here during the cold season…
N: Oh, some of them manage quite well…

Mr. S: I, for my share, always take along a bag of seeds in my coat pocket, for all the poor little…

There’s a little robin outside, hopping around in the snow in front of our kitchen, stealing bits of cat fur for it’s nest (I presume). Made me think of this.
